On Thursday, March 12, I had the privilege of sitting down with Aun Holland and Fernando Guitart for the School Committee Candidate Forum. It was a great opportunity to cut through the noise and have an honest conversation about the road ahead for Duxbury Public Schools. A huge shout out and thank-you to the Library Board of Trustees for sponsoring!
After serving nearly nine years on School Committee, I still believe there is no position in municipal government more important than supporting the education of our children.
In our discussion, I shared my thoughts on the fiscal reality facing DPS, the future of Alden Elementary School, and more. I encourage you to watch the recording and review the facts.
Most importantly, please make your voice heard. I ask for your vote at in-person voting on Saturday, March 28th at the Steele Athletic Center.
